Account Specialist

Compensation Manager

OSG is looking for a Compensation Manager to work at our headquarters office in Ridgefield Park, NJ. In this newly created position, you will work with OSG and all of its subsidiaries, establishing the organization's first discrete compensation function as we continue to scale the human resources organization to accommodate OSG's recent upward growth trajectory.

What you'll do:
  • Maintain, update, and administer/support the Bonus program for OSG and subsidiary companies
  • Serve as the central resource for all OSG companies regarding incentive plan design, maintenance, and administration
  • Manage salary increase program for all OSG companies including budgets, approvals, and communications
  • Resource to all OSG companies regarding job descriptions, salary surveys, and comp-related data

What you'll bring to the table:
  • Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience in a multi-company environment

You will be part of a team that is responsible for the coding and deployment of email marketing campaigns within our internal digital agency. This position will work collaboratively with the marketing, creative and implementation teams. These in-house agency teams will provide the creative content and marketing requirements to guide your work. Your expertise with HTML, CSS, and QA skills are the required assets needed for this team!

What you'll do:
  • Build, schedule and QA responsive email creative campaigns and templates in a variety of enterprise level email platforms
  • Work with key stakeholders ensuring deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with agency team to determine scope for new projects and opportunities
  • Manage day-to-day deployment of email campaigns by executing tasks related to audience segmentation, email scheduling and email sending
  • Provide general guidance/knowledge to key stakeholders based on best practices
  • Assist in documentation of internal best practice and process development

What you'll bring to the table:

5+ years working in the email marketing space with demonstrated experience in:

  • Email production, preferably with large enterprise email platforms
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Front-end web development, including hand-coding HTML and CSS

Senior Software Engineer

OSG is a dynamic business adding new products and services and growing at an accelerated pace. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies to work as a key member in a small software development team in OSG’s Digital Solutions group.

You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of designing, developing and releasing to production new products in addition to supporting major enhancements of existing products. The Product Development team is comprised of skilled individuals that have all worked building products in high availability environments used by large numbers of clients. The team works closely sharing information, concepts and design considerations to ensure we build highly scalable, heavily used, professional products used by some of the larger companies in the industries we support.

What you'll do:
  • Delve into, design, and perform coding in sophisticated and multi-tiered software applications and projects
  • Provide key technical knowledge in software design and system implementation to meet business needs
  • Analyze business requirements for software modules; and/or enhancements; and/or maintenance for existing systems, performing requisite design/development, testing, building, and implementation as applicable
  • Document design and create release notes
  • Administer change management, version control and ensure standards are met
  • Communicate software project progress to management
  • Provide management with accurate estimates of time and effort for software projects

What you'll bring to the table:

2+ years of project management/implementation experience handling payments and/or data-related projects.

Demonstrated experience in:

  • 8+ years’ programming experience; web related development is required

Technical Account Specialist

WhatCounts, An OSG Company, is seeking a talented and hard-working individual to join its Technical Support team. The Technical Account Specialist is a self-motivated, quick learner who specializes in the WhatCounts’ proprietary Email and Predictive platforms. This person is responsible for day-to-day interactions with clients regarding technical issues. In addition, the Technical Account Specialist is responsible for developing positive relationships with clients, escalating issues where appropriate, and providing follow up and status updates on a regular basis as needed. After an initial training period, the Technical Account Specialist will be assigned specific clients for whom he or she will serve as the main point of contact.

What you'll do:
  • Own and effectively manage a caseload of technical support issues from multiple clients
  • Resolve inbound technical support requests
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce issues by using the WhatCounts’ Email and Predictive platforms and other internal tools as needed
  • Learn and apply knowledge of the proprietary WhatCounts’ Email and Predictive platforms
  • Escalate technical support issues to the WhatCounts’ DevOps and Development teams as needed
  • Log case interactions in Zendesk and Jira – the ticketing and case tracking programs used by WhatCounts

QA Automation Engineer

This position will work closely with the Data team, engineering and product groups to design, expand, and scale our predictive technology solution in AWS. We are seeking a self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to use the latest technologies and best practices to expand upon our existing QA capabilities.

What you'll do:
  • Be responsible for our automated CI/CD systems, automated QA testing using Postman and Katalon Studio (including BDD testing), manual QA where automation is not yet present, and management of our release processes
  • Work with the engineering team, looking for patterns and ways to increase efficiency and detect issues as early in the SDLC as possible
  • Constantly look for opportunities to improve our quality assurance and quality control processes while balancing the need for development to operate at a high speed of efficiency within our 2-week sprint cycles

What you'll bring to the table:

Demonstrated experience in:

  • Building automation using industry tools (like Jenkins, Ansible, etc) to deploy changes to multiple environments
  • Using container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker
  • Applying GIT branching strategies to SDLC

Knowledge of:

  • Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes in agile SDLC
  • Core Linux systems in the cloud and with Python
  • JIRA workflow

Plus experience includes:

  • Using AWS technologies
